Information Booklet

The obligation to publish the Information Booklet on the work of state authorities and other public authorities is regulated by Article 39 of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance ("Official Gazette of RS", no. 120/04, 54/07, 104/09 and 36/10). 

At least once per year, and no later than by 1 February of the current year for the preceding year, the Court creates an Information Booklet which contains the basic information about the work of the Court, information relevant to the exercise of the citizens' rights, and the presentation of the organization of the work of the Court to the public. The Information Booklet contains: the title and address of the court; the annual schedule of activities; contact information (telephones, fax numbers, the address of the website and email addresses), names of heads of court administration and other organizational units of the Court, information about the working hours of the Court and its services, names and contact information of persons authorized to receive documents, provide information to the parties and act upon complaints; and names and contact information of persons in charge of enabling viewing, copying and photocopying of the files.  

The Information Booklet is published in electronic form on the website of the Supreme Court of Cassation. At the request of an interested party, it can be recorded without charge, while the printed text of the Information Booklet on the work of the Supreme Court of Cassation can be obtained at the info desk located in the building of the Supreme Court of Cassation, Nemanjina St. 9, in Belgrade, in accordance with the provision of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance on the compensation of mandatory costs.  

The data published in the Information Booklet is updated in accordance with the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance, the Book of Court Rules and the Instructions for the creation and publication of bulletins on the work of state bodies (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 68/10).
